RESTAURANTS
Although our B & B features a restaurant, we will be glad to provide you with a list of recommended restaurants, they all are delicious, some of them even offer free delivery.
BEVERAGES
We have an available menu of cold and hot drinks, exotics fruits drinks, local and International liquors. We recommend to drink only purified water on bottles.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check out hour is at 1:00 pm. Check in hour is at 2:00 pm, We will charge US$3.00 per hour after the check out.
ENTRY TIME
You can come in or go out at any time you like, if you would like, you can come late at night with any problem.
SMOKING AREAS
You can smoke in the outdoor areas of the hotel and in the small living room. Please do not smoke inside the rooms.
LAUNDRY
There are several laundries around the hotel. A reasonable price is Q.7.00 (US$1.00) per pound. Ironing service is also available.
FLIGHT CONFIRMATION & TRAVEL SERVICES
We can gladly confirm or modify your flight at no cost. Tours throughout Guatemala can be arranged. We also have shuttles that travels around Guatemala, Mexico an Central America, private as shared.
AIRPORT PICKUP
If you wish, we can meet your flight at the airport "La Aurora" in Guatemala City and bring you to our Hotel. There's is a US$ 30 (one way) fee for this private service per each two people.

Maps of Antigua are provided to you at no cost. Special charts can be borrowed in the main office at no cost, you also can check for a map where you can find our location in this web.
SPANISH LESSONS
If your interest is to study Spanish, we will glad to recommend you one of the most prestigious in Antigua.
FIRST AID MEDICINE
We have limited basic medication available, in case of minor health disorders.
MEDICAL SERVICES
We have an on call doctor in the Hotel Don Quijote, Dr. Luis Robles. There are several medical facilities close by and ambulance services are also available too.
ELECTRICAL POWER
Guatemalan voltage is 110, however some areas of the hotel are prepared with 220.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
You can easily exchange foreign currency at most local banks. Many of them are conveniently located nearby the Central Plaza. There are also several ATM machines throughout Antigua, where you can make cash withdrawals from your credit card. The currency exchange the Posada de Don Quijote manage is 1US$ x 7.50 buying, and 8.00Q x 1US$ selling.
SECURITY
Although Antigua Guatemala is a beautiful and peaceful town, we suggest you don't walk alone in dark and desert streets, as well as not wearing expensive jewelry when you go out for a walk.
We also suggest you to leave your money and valuables here in the safe at our main office.
Note: Antigua counts with a Tourist Police, in addition to the regular National Police.
